How it works
- Type your listing's addressThe lot shows on the map with the places nearby, each with a photo.
- Pick what the buyer seesHide the kinds of places they do not need, add your own pins, draw the drive to work or school.
- Type your email to saveWe send a one tap link. Tap it and the map saves: you get the link to text a buyer and the code for your website. No password, no card.
Your first map is free for 2 weeks. To keep it running after that, renew it with credits: 3 credits bring it back, then 1 credit a month keeps it live. Credits are $1 each and need no plan. The link stays the same.
Questions agents ask
What happens after the 2 weeks?
The map pauses and buyers who open the link see that it has ended. We email you first. Renew it from your client maps page with 3 credits and the same link comes back for everyone you sent it to.
Do I need a ParcelSheet plan?
No. Client maps run on credits alone. Buy a pack of 5 or more from your account page whenever you need them. Pro adds 20 credits every month plus lot sheets, videos and the rest of ParcelSheet.
Can I put it on my website?
Yes. Each map comes with a short code to paste into your listing page and a picture guide you can forward to whoever runs your site.
What do buyers see, and what do I see?
Buyers see the lot and the places around it. They are told the agent sees which places they open, never who they are, unless they choose to ask a question with their email. You see the taps and any questions.
Which areas work?
Every Hawaiʻi island and most of the mainland. Type the address and the map finds the lot. If a lot does not come up, write to nick@parcelsheet.org and we will look.
